As of 1 January 2026, the well-established brands of BEI Lighting and Marwood Lighting Solutions came together under a new name:

By combining the expertise, product ranges and nationwide presence of two leading UK specialist lighting distributors, we are creating a more powerful partner to help you operate more efficiently and competitively. While both businesses have operated under the same legal entity since May 2025, this next stage of integration allows us to deliver an enhanced, more streamlined service to the market, bringing together the strengths, expertise and capabilities of both teams.

For customers who currently hold separate accounts with BEI and Marwood, these will be consolidated into a single account as we move to one commercial system. Your account number may change, and we will contact you directly if this applies to you, ensuring a smooth and well-managed transition.
Over the coming months, you will see our new branding introduced across our platforms and communications as we launch the BEI Marwood brand identity. Invoices and statements will display the new trading name; however, our legal entity will remain unchanged. All existing contracts, warranties and service agreements will continue to be honoured, and we will provide any updated documentation you may require for your records.
We will also be consolidating our website and social media channels to create a unified digital presence for the UK market, making it even easier to access information, technical support, and the latest product and service updates. Transition FAQs and regular updates will be published online, and customers will be contacted directly regarding any account changes.
